Return PolicyWe accept NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. Contact us for a return authorization number (RA#). Returns without RA# written boldly on outside of the shipping container will be refused! DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: Where items are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, items must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. RETURNS FOR CREDIT: Merchandise returned for credit will not be accepted without an RA#. Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of receipt, and must be in original packaging and original condition. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for returned items. Credits or refunds will be issued for authorized returns. We can NOT accept any items returned more than 14 days after receipt. No refunds will be given for shipping charges. |
